Welcome to UPthEM project! Our aim is to support disadvantaged groups and engage them in a successful career path either as employed or as self-employed entrepreneurs. On this page you will find two results of our project: UPthEM Training Programme that is a training tool for VET Educators and a selection of 48 motivational success stories for disadvantaged adults*
*Disadvantaged adults are adults facing barriers on their career paths (sociocultural difficulties – related to experiencing discrimination because of gender, ethnicity or religion; economic – related to unemployment and poverty; geographical - citizens living in small towns or rural areas, where the employment opportunities are limited and the rate of long-term unemployment is higher in comparison with other regions; disabled people)
