TIP FOR TRAINERS
It might be useful to do this ‘Thinking in an Organised Way’ activity in a group.
Ask the questions in a structured way, be aware and try to direct participants so they don’t return
to the previous question, allow each participant to express their ideas; don’t let big personalities
take over!
If it is your first time with this type of activity, prepare some examples beforehand; try them
out first as it will help you to feel relaxed and confident.
Don’t lose ideas! Write down all the ideas the participants have suggested, let them choose the
ideas they want to develop further, remember CRAZY ideas often lead to interesting solutions!
