be a balanced mix of both hard and soft skills.

important skills needed for an entrepreneur.

Business plan development skills
Having a good business idea is not enough to build and develop a successful company. Whether
we are willing to start our own company, or we want to get an existing one to the next level, we
certainly need a business plan. The business plan reflects the main goals and strategy of the
company and gives us a solid ground for taking specific steps for setting up and growing the
business. In this sense, every entrepreneur needs to develop one.
Of course, there are different approaches to writing a business plan, as well as various types of
content to be included in it. When writing our business plan, we need to answer the following main
questions:
− What are our goals and objectives?
− What is our market and who are our competitors?
− How will we organize our logistics?
− Who are our future clients and what are our business’s marketing needs?
− What are the risks the company is exposed to?
− Where will we get capital from?
