CREATIVITY
An entrepreneur needs to be creative not only to start his project, but to keep it. For the
entrepreneur, the first step is to create a new idea, which will drive the entrepreneurship. That
idea will need all your creativity as an entrepreneur to become a reality. Thus, creativity means
working with what we already have at our disposal but transforming it to create something
completely new with it
And how can you develop this creativity?
By developing new ways of thinking and looking at the world. Entrepreneurship is a concept
that cannot be separated from creativity. The sum of both gives rise to a successful business.
Discovering that there is a need or a problem to be solved is the first step of the creative
process.
Creativity does not only mean finding a new product or service, but innovating on what is already
there. A creative entrepreneur is one who finds opportunities that others do not. He learns when
he cannot, investigates when he does not know and believes he can when he cannot.
It is based on generating ideas by association. It consists of writing the
Mind maps challenge in the centre and radiating the complementary ideas that
arise. Pictures or key words are added, which are placed on open lines
Tools and
techniques The idea is to gather a group of people (between 6 and 12) for a limited
that you can Brainstorming time (one hour is recommended) so that they can contribute all the
ideas they can think of without any filter. The keys to making this
use to system work are: that the initial question is well delimited, that ideas
stimulate are expressed aloud as they arise without coercion and that all ideas
are noted
creative
thinking. Clean eye
technique it is applied in situations of stagnation, when there is an excess of
involvement and information saturation. Then, someone completely
different is invited to give their opinion so that they can contribute
with their fresh vision
Provocation. Its promoter was E. de Bono, father of lateral thinking. The idea is to
raise an absurd and provocative phrase to stimulate original ideas. It is
practiced individually or in groups. It is usually very useful to break a
moment of mint blockage
